Massive Space is nice tower defense game. Protect your planet from hundred and thousand of creeps by building turrets. You can choose from 4 game modes. Normal mode, Survival mode are well known modes from other games. In No updates mode you can't update your weapons, only build new one. In Cheat mode you have big amount of money, but you start from wave 10.

There are 4 basic turrets in the game:

• Gun Turret is basic weapon.
• Froozer can slow enemies.
• Rapid Turret is very fast weapon.
• Beam Turret is the best weapon in the game. It can burn enemies with beam.

Every tower you can upgrade 5 times. You can also sell them.

Game engine is very good designed. You can control your game with help of keys B - build turrets, U - upgrade selected tower, S - sell selected tower or Space for next wave. Or you can use quick bar at bottom of game. The game has good graphics and average sound effects.

Playability of the game is very good. You must protect your planet from thousands of creeps in each wave, and sometimes it is very difficult.

Massive Space is good tower defense game with thousands of enemies and good playability. I am giving this game 6.5 points from 10.

The Canyon is standard tower defense game from RandomBC. Not bad, but also not good.

The Canyon has standard target of tower defense games. Forces of the darkness reach your borders. But fortunately they must go through canyon. It is chance to stop them, with help of your defense towers, before they reach your kingdom. You can buy these towers:

• Ice Tower shoots cold air and slows enemies.
• Stone Tower is average tower with possibility after upgrade to shot more enemies at once.
• Poison Tower shoots poison at the enemies. It decreases their life during some time.
• Sharp Tower shoots sharp arrows. It can attack enemy with critical damage.
• Ground Tower produces shockwave. It has splash damage and also slow enemies.
• Fire Tower is the best tower in the game. It throws fire on enemies and has also splash damage.

To build towers you must drag them on selected place. You can upgrade 3 basic features for all towers: damage, range and rate. And you can also upgrade 1 specific feature for each kind of tower. Specific features can be upgraded 5 times, but standard features 15 times. It is too much, because you only slightly improve your towers with each upgrade. With combination of 50 waves in the game, it take so much time to finish this game. The game is so boring after some time.

The game engine has average graphics and sound effects.

The Canyon is average tower defense game. It needs more action in every wave, or decreasing number of updates and waves. I am giving this game 5.0 points from 10.

Shape Defense is very simple tower defense game from Play4All.net. Simple game with poor graphics and some mistakes.

In Shape Defense has standard target of tower defense games. Kill every enemy before it reach end of map. You can do it with help of these towers:

• Grinder Tower tower has very low range, but it has a good damage.
• Missile Tower has good range and damage.
• EMP Tower slows enemies and has average damage. It is good for air enemies.

LOTR (Lord of the Ring) 2 is very simple tower defense game from William Bygden. When number of enemies raise over 120 you are game over.

In LOTR 2 are defense tower replaced with characters from Lord of the Ring book. You can buy these characters:

• Rapid Tower is very fast, but it has low damage. Hits all enemies.
• Splash Tower, Gandalf has splash damage. Hits all, but stealth enemies.
• Stealth Tower has good range and damage. Hits only stealth enemies.
• Strong Tower is slow tower with excellent damage. Hits all, but stealth enemies.
• Freeze Tower slows enemies, but it has very low damage. Hits all enemies.

All towers can be upgraded more times of course. To survive, number of enemies must be under 120. It looks so easy at start, but soon it changed to very difficult work.

The game has very simple game engine, with basic sound effects and annoying background music. It is designed in Lord of the Ring movies.

LOTR 2 is very simple tower defense game. It has low playability. I am giving this game 4.0 points from 10.

Spira Defence don't have maps at all. Main idea of game is protect central base, from enemies attacking in spirals. This is very specific game. You can fill 9 positions on your base with defense towers. You can buy from these towers:

• Chain Tower is red tower with average cost and low range. It can attack on more enemies at once. The number of enemies affected can be improved.
• Rapid Tower is the cheapest one with low damage but excellent rate and range.
• Slower Tower is blue tower. It is slow expensive tower, but have the property of slowing 3 enemies to make them easier targets for other towers.
• Stopper Tower is light blue tower. It is improved version of Slower Tower with better rate, less range and more damage.
• Reape Tower is black tower. It is very slow, but it has an excellent damage.
• Gold Tower is very expensive tower with excellent damage. When this tower hits an enemy, the enemy becomes marked. If the enemy is killed whilst marked money paid for the enemy is raised.

Towers you can upgrade more times and they can be sold.

You can also gain special powers released form some enemies.

• Score Multi increases the score obtained from enemies.
• Range Multi increases the range of all your towers.
• Money Multi - increases the money obtained from enemies.
• Damage Multi increases the damage of all your towers.
• Mass Freeze freezes and slows all enemies.
• Smart Bomb explodes all enemies!
• Reward Bonus receives score and money bonus.
• Interest Bonus increases interests from money.
• Lives Bonus gives extra life.

You can also sell or buy lives in the game. Money you can earn from killed enemies and interests on the money left in the bank at the end of a level.

The game engine is very specific. But make good Java applet game is very difficult. I know it, because I am Java programmer. Graphics is poor without sound effects. Holding the right mouse button will speed up the game. The game has simple interface. I have had problems with refreshing of applet more times. It is very difficult game, and every mistake during playing means soon game over.

Spira Defence is specific tower defense game. It has good playability, but it is very difficult. I am giving this game 6.0 points from 10.

Dungeon Defender is very unique tower defense game. Tom Delorenzi make game with poor graphics, but good playability.

Dungeon Defender is real time strategy and tower defense hybrid. In the game you must protect your treasure from heroes. When you start new game, you can create avatar. You can choose from:

• Death Knight is a melee avatar. His main weakness is he cannot deal damage from a safe distance. He gains the following special abilities at higher levels: Bash it stuns an enemy, Tower Shield reduces damage, Lay On Hands gives him maximum damage for a time.
• Chaos ranger is better for long ranges with help of a crossbow. He gains the following special abilities at higher levels: Multishot he use 3 arrows at once, Trainer improve stats for produced creatures, Critical Strike can double damage.
• Evil Wizard has area effect damage and it is specialized in magic. At higher levels he gains the following abilities: Chain Lightning lighting bounces between enemies, Gate protects him for a time, Poison Cloud cloud of poison damages enemies in it's range.

You can move your avatar with arrow keys. In next window you can see levels of game. After choosing level, game starts. In game you can control game from 4 basic panels on the right side. Lairs panel is for digging and build lairs, Support panel lets you place traps and support buildings, in Items panel you can see avatar items and in Avatar panel you can see avatar's stats.

You can build these lairs:

• Goblin is basic melee lair
Centaur fire arrows at enemies
• Minotaur is stronger melle unit
• Manticore is flying unit and can be attacked only by range units.
• Vampire is flying unit and drain life from enemies.
• Lich hurls clouds of death.
• Elemental is very strong and big unit.
• Hydra is special unit available only for Death Knight
• Demon is special unit available only for Evil Wizard
• Wyrm is special unit available only for Chaos Ranger

You can also buy from these support items: Gym, Track, Academy or Gold Vault. They are necessary to provide a stat bonus per level of strength, dexterity, and magic or increasing interests between rounds. You can also buy traps in the game: Spike Trap, Pit Trap, Boulder Trap, Maim Trap, Death Trap, Grave Trap or Swarm Trap. Last three are available only for specific avatar.

After victory you are rewarded with bonus points and you can buy various game abilities for them. Game contains bonus tree, when you can choose from big variety of abilities.

As you can see above Dungeon Defender is very complex game. At beginning this game look so strange and difficult to me. To much possibilities made from this game giant with poor playability. Later I discovered, that poor graphics and annoying background music hides good game.

Dungeon Defender is very complex real strategy and tower defense game. It has good playability but it take time, to learn all possibilities of this game. I am giving this game 6.5 points from 10.

4. You can upgrade all buildings. For higher upgrades you need to upgrade Temple.
5. You need to build Hotel, to hire hero. You can do it in Hero panel. It is possible to hire only one hero. You can move Hero to the most needed location.
6. To protect your temple you need to buy defense towers. You can choose from more towers or traps:
   • Arrow Tower is the basic tower.
   • Turret Tower has splash damage.
   • Eagle's Nest is tower with good range. Eagle is attacking incoming enemies.
   • Spike Trap harms enemies going over it.
   • Sky Net is the basic trap agains flying enemies.
   • Woodoo Totem put curse an close enemies.
   • Sacred Fire Tower is an advanced tower with good damage and fire properties.
   • Sacred Lightning Tower has electrical properties.
   • Sacred Dragon Tower can freeze enemies.
   Defense tower can be upgraded.
7. You can also use spells. You can select spell from top panel.
   As you can see above, the game has a lot of features and possibilities. You will spend a lot of time to learn how to use all of them. Build in tutorial will follow you with first basic steps in the game. After that is game very playable and very addictive. Game has nice graphics and average sounds. Game engine is a little bit complicated but it is necessary for such complex game.

As you can see this game gives you big variety of options. Money you can earn from killed creeps. You can give your saved money to bank and earn money from interests.

The game has an excellent graphics with average sound effects and annoying background music. Playability of this game is very good and I can recommend it for all players. The game has also excellent help pages on game website.

Whiteboard Tower Defense is very nice tower defense game. Enemies are not following some ways. They have only entrances and exits on the map. For this kind of game, it is necessary to use maze strategy. I learned this strategy in Desktop TD. Now you can play well programmed clone of this game.
To kill enemies before they reach exits you can draw (and buy of course) these towers:

• Peon Tower is basic tower in the game. It is very cheap, has a good range, but it has also low damage.
• Impact Tower is tower with splash damage. It has good damage, average range, and it is slow.
• Stick Man is man with machine gun. It has average range and damage, but it is very fast.
• Inverted Lightning Rod can attack up to 4 enemies at once by electricity. It has low range and average damage.
• Transporter Tower can transport enemies at start.
• Cash Machine gives extra money for enemies killed in range.
• Electric Floor slows and damages enemies, they walk over it.

Whiteboard Tower Defense is very nice copy of very successful tower defense game. I decreased my valuation minus 1, because I think, that it is only copy with some new features. I am giving this game 7.5 points from 10.

Turret Defense is simple tower defense game from Jexica.com. It is very poor attempt to make tower defense game.

Turret Defense has very bad designed game engine. Game is working in some modes and you must switch between them. You can be in mode of building turrets. There you can choose from 3 turrets:

• Basic Turret is turret with average range and damage.
• Longrange Turret is suitable for bigger areas.
• Closerange Turret has good damage but low range.

You can be also in upgrade mode. There you can upgrade basic features of towers like damage, range and speed. Or you can add new element to tower as Fire, Ice and Electricity. Here is also mistake in the game. If you add element to turrets, they lost their range upgrades. There is also selling turrets mode.
To play this game is only lost of time. Graphics is very simple. The game has no sound effects. Also playability of the game is very poor. Switching between modes is the worst idea of this game.

Turret Defense is very poor tower defense game. I am giving this game 3 points from 10.

Every tower can be upgraded 4 times. Towers can be sold. The game has simple graphics and simple sounds. Game engine has standard controls. It is simple, but playable game. Especially in first levels, you must very carefully invest your money. In higher levels, after using upgrades on towers, is this game easy.

Zombie TD 3 is improved version of simple standard tower defense game. Game has poor graphics, but it is playable. I am giving this game 6 from 10 points.

Home Planet Defense is planet tower defense game from Neoformix It is programmed in Java.

In Home Planet Defense you must protect your planet from enemies. Main target is to survive as long as it is possible. You can buy new bases to protect your planet:

• Minefield damages alien ships going through it. But it also damages itself. Damage can be absorbed by enemie's shields.
• Projectile Gun is a base with low damage. Damage can be absorbed by enemie's shields.
• Laser has average damage and it cannot be protect by shields.
• Stunner has a low damage, but it stuns enemies.
• Shield extends defense shield for existing bases. It doesn't attacks on enemies.
• Zone Gun has splash damage.

If you want to add new base, select a base from the set on the left and click in the space to add it. The mouse pointer will show red if you can't build the base in that location.

You must have enough resources to build the base. Resources are obtained by destroying enemy ships. Enemy ships attack on bases, and they can be also destroyed.

Updates improve strength of bases and also their damage. They can be upgraded more times. Select an existing base and click on the upgrade button to improve the features of the base. The 'u' key can be used to upgrade the currently selected base. While adding new base, you can use right mouse button, or Space to add base at the highest level you can currently afford.

Playability of the game is not bad, but game is very difficult. You will probably lost a lot of your bases. I don't know, if you can win in this game. To survive in this game longer time is almost impossible. The game has poor graphics and average sound effects.

Home Planet Defense is an average tower defense game. It is very difficult and probably it doesn't have end. I am giving this game 5.5 from 10 points.

Epic is 3D tower defense game created for Ion Frisby programmed on Shockwave platform.

In Epic you can play more scenarios. And in each scenario you can choose from more difficulties. That means that you can choose from standard game, maze game, grid game for example. You can buy from these towers:

• Arrow Tower is basic tower with low damage and good speed.
• Fire Tower is an average tower with good splash damage.
• Ice Tower has low range and damage, but it slows enemies.
• Lightning Tower is strong tower with low range and good damage.
• Radiation Tower has an excellent damage. It attacks enemies with radioactive waste, what make them toxic for another enemies.
• Wall is usable in maze scenarios.

You can upgrade all towers 5 times. You can also buy spells like Teleport, Fog, Bait, Weakness. Incoming waves you can see on slider on top of game window. Game has good playability. Game engine is standard, graphics is average with annoying background music.

Epic is an average 3D tower defense game with many modes. I am giving this game 6.0 from 10 points.

Neo Tower Defense is strategy tower defense game with poor graphics and difficult game engine from JNelson.

In Neo - Tower Defense you must kill incoming creeps. To do that you can buy defensive towers. Tower can be build with drag and drop system.

You need money, to build towers. Money you can earn from killing of creeps, and also from interests between waves. But not only money. You need also people, energy, heat, magic, ammo and poison.

This is a strategy feature of the game. To have enough resources described above, you need to build economy buildings. Towers and some of buildings can be sold or upgraded. Better towers and buildings are available only after researching them and all necessary technologies. All this upgrades and research system is complicated system of relations. It is described in Tech Tree help included in the game itself. I don't want to describe it in this post, because I don't know all combinations.

At start of the game you can choose from 8 maps. Game has 100 waves, and it so much. To build new towers, you must build necessary buildings. Game engine has very poor graphics with complicated controls. Game is not bad. But you must spend so much time to play this game.

Neo Tower Defense is strategy tower defense game with complicated system of playing. Not bad, but also not good. It needs to decrease number of waves, improve graphics and simplify. I am giving this game 5.5 from 10 points.

Mushroom Farm Defender is childish tower defense game created for Free Online Games. It is a simple game, with nice childish graphics.

In Mushroom Farm Defender you must stop attacking enemies, with help of mushrooms. You can stop them using these mushroom towers:

• Gomphus is basic tower with low damage and good speed. You can add 1 element to this tower.
• Cantharellus is an average tower. You can add 2 elements to this tower.
• Lentinellus has very good damage. You can add all 3 elements to this tower.
• Neolentinus is the best tower in the game. It has only 1 slot for element, but excellent damage

You can upgrade all towers 3 times. You can also improve their features with help of elements. It is possible to buy from 3 elements: Fire, Water and Thunder. Every element is good against specific type of enemy. Game has very good game engine and nice graphics with a little bit annoying background music. At start of game you can choose from 3 maps and 3 difficulties. Yoy can move on the map with help of WASD keys, or with help of mouse. Game is easy and in higher levels is a little bit boring.

Mushroom Farm Defender is nice tower defense game. I can recommend this game for beginners. It has nice graphics and average plyability. I am giving this game 7.0 from 10 points.

Tank Defense - Tower Defense Game

Tank Defense is simple tower defense game from 3Tang tech. It is developed in China, and it can be problem to play this game for not Chinese speaking people.

I have played Tank Defense many times to find useful strategy for this game. But I still haven't finished this game, My highest level in this game was 17. This simple looking tower defense game is very difficult. You can buy only one Tank, Slower, Mine Field and Wall. All these weapons, except tanks, are only temporary. That means after attacking by more enemies they dismiss. Only tanks you can use during whole game. But there so much possibilities to upgrade tanks. At first you can choose from 3 types of upgrades, You can choose between Standard, Laser Beam or Missile tanks upgrade. In next upgrade you can choose from 3 possibilities to specialize your selected tank weapons. And at last you have possibility to buy last only one upgrade.

And there is big problem. In game you have ground and air enemies. Level 5, 11, and some higher levels are air attacks, and there is big problem to pass these levels. Upgrades to first level are universal. After next upgrade your tank is able to attack only on air or ground enemies. Only the most expensive second level upgrade in laser beams tanks is universal. That means so much possibilities of upgrades. You can also sell your tanks but for very low price.

To play this game you must find right strategy for buying and upgrading your tanks. I am not sure if it is good strategy to buy more tanks, or less tanks with wisely selected upgrades. You have very low budget in each level and every mistake in lower level means end of game in higher levels.

Controls
The game has poor game engine. Here are controls used in the game for not Chinese speaking people, like me. I found them after many plays:

1. You can start game by pressing main button after loading game.
2. Next step is to buy and place tanks.
3. Then you must click on play like button on bottom left side.
4. To upgrade them you can choose from icons on bottom of game after clicking on specific tank.
5. To sell tank it is possible after clicking on button on left side of update icons.
6. You pause game after clicking bottom left circle button.
7. In pause mode you have 3 buttons: Resume, Sound off/on button and Exit game buttons.

• SM Tesla is yellow wave generator with average range and damage.
• LG Tesla is improved SM Tesla generator with better damage and range.
• Slow slows enemies.
• SM Drain is light version of red waves generator with average damage and low range.
• LG Drain is improved SM Drain generator with better damage and range.
• Rapid Fire is weapon with very good fire rate and average damage and range.
• Ranger is weapon with excellent range.

Some weapons are locked and they are available only in higher levels. There is no possibility for manual update, all weapons are updated after gaining experience. You can also sell your weapons. To see weapon status you must click on existing weapon. Sometimes you must clear place for weapon weapon using money.
You can see remaining life of zombies while is your mouse pointer over enemy. There are more types of zombies in the game. You can earn money from every killed zombie and from interests.
The game has 9 levels, resp. maps, and higher levels are unlocked after finishing previous levels. You can move actual view on the map wile you are moving your map. After pressing space moving of map will stop.
Game engine is an excellent. All controls are clear and it has very nice graphics and sound effects. Also game itself is a little bit easy, but very playable.

Minifig Zombie is really nice tower defense game with unique zombie topic. It has good playability and very nice graphics. I can only recommend this game for everyone. I am giving this game 8.5 from 10 points.

Star Trash is simple tower defense game from FreeCreator. Main target of the game is protect colonies from enemies.

In Star Trash you don't play on the map. You must protect cities on selected planet. There must stay alive minimum 4 cities on the planet. You can buy also new cities. The new city means more money in each wave. To protect your cities, you can buy spaceships and place them on the planet orbit. Selected spaceship you can move on the orbit using Drag&Drop. You can buy from these spaceships:

• Normal Spaceship has 3 modifications. Only the cheapest one is unlocked from start of the game.
• Slover Spaceship has 2 modifications and it slows enemies.
• Fire Spaceship is very strong, but it is slow. It has 2 modifications.
• Nuclear Spaceship is very destructive weapon, but it is unlocked only at the last levels. It has 2 modifications.

All spaceships, except the cheapest one, are unlocked only after gaining enough experience. You will earn experience points after each wave. They can be upgraded more times or sold. During attack they can be damaged, and you must repair them.

For each spaceship you can select behavior: In Quiet mode it stays at the place and attacks only the nearest enemy. In Quiet Enemy mode it stays quiet, but after detecting enemy it follows him. In Look for Enemy mode it is active in searching for enemies. In Rotate Earth mode it rotates on around the planet and it attacks the nearest enemies.

Star Trash has an average graphics and sound effects. The game engine is well designed and it has clear controls. Game itself has good playability.

Between waves, it is also possible to move them on selected position at the orbit. Game has 2 modes for playing. In Hero mode you can control with keyboard one from the spaceships during game. I prefer standard Commander mode without this possibility.

Star Trash is an average tower defense game. It has good playability and interesting idea. I am giving this game 6.0 from 10 points.

Bananageddon - Tower Defense Game

Bananageddon is simple tower defense game from Robot JAM and Monkey MOO. Simple, with childish graphics but difficult game.

In Bananageddon you must stop attacking mokeys, before they reach your village. You can stop them using these weapons:

• Cheese Cannon is basic cannon in game with low damage and good speed.
• Freezer Gun makes low damage but it slows enemies.
• Heat Ray has very good damage but it is very slow.
• Carpet Bomb is very destructive weapon with low range.
• Exploding Snacks you can give them on paths as mines with timer. They are not usable against flying enemies.
• Magic Spanner can repair your weapons.

Basic towers can be upgraded more times and they can be also sold. During game enemies attack also your towers. You must very carefully repair damaged towers, otherwise they will be destroyed. I hate this feature of the game, because you can simply lost fully upgraded tower and there is no possibility to build new one on the same place. It is possible to improve things and buy new lives between levels. The game has average graphics with annoying background music. Fortunately it is possible to switch it off. Bananageddon looks easy at lower levels, but it is very difficult in higher levels. The game has a standard game engine with simple and clear controls.

Attack of the Furries is tower defense game with strategy features. You can build towers or buildings and you can research new technologies and weapons. Some of the buildings it is possible to place only on places, with enough resources. It means you must drill your map for resources, before you can build them. You can build research labs, mines and power stations. Some of the weapons, must be researched, before you can buy them. You can build these weapons in the game:

• Bullet Turret is basic turret against ground enemies.
• Ship Turret is basic turret suitable only for air enemies.
• Mines you can place on way and they explode after going over them. They are suitable against ground and air enemies.
• Cannon Turret is strong turret suitable against ground and air enemies.
• Lazer Turret is very good weapon against ground enemies. You can research also attack on flying objects for this turret.
• Bubble Turret is very good tower suitable for both kinds of enemies.
• Freeze Turret can slow ground and air enemies.
• Missile Turret is an excellent tower suitable for both enemies.

All towers can be upgraded more times or sold for a little bit money. The game has simple game engine with poor graphics and sounds. But game itself, has a good playability. You must find good strategy to win this game. You must build right buildings and turrets in the right time. Game has 2 difficulties. Attack of the Furries is not easy, but also not very difficult. For advanced tower defense player it takes hour or two to win this game

Bloons 3 Tower Defense is successful update of Bloons 2 TD and Bloons TD games. Both games were very successful and many TD players have been waiting for long time for next upgrade. Ninja Kiwi and Kaiparasoft Ltd, creators of this game are back with their new version of Bloons TD.

Bloons 3 TD has the same target as previous versions. Kill all enemies before they reach end of map. You can buy these towers to do it successfully:

• Dart Monkey is the cheapest one, but its power is in amount. You can upgrade its range and give it piercing or razor darts.
• Tack Shooter shoots in 8 directions at once. It is very useful into corners. You can upgrade its range and speed.
• Boomerang shoots boomerang in curved path and it can hit more enemies at once.
• Spike-o-pult is catapult like weapon, throwing spike balls.
• Cannon has a splash damage. You can upgrade its range and improve damage with bigger bombs.
• Ice Ball can slow enemies by freezing. You can upgrade its range and longer time of freezing.
• Monkey Beacon is special tower. It can improve features of tower in it's range.
• Super Monkey it is the best weapon in game. It has hypersonic speed and after upgrading its range and vision, it is unbelievable weapon.
• Road Spikes can kill 10 bloons. It must be placed on the road. It is valid only in actual round.
• Monkey Glue slows 20 bloons. It must be placed on the road. It is valid only in actual round.
• Pinneapple explodes shortly after placing on the road.

As you can see you can find new towers in this version. You can also choose from 8 maps each with 3 difficulties. To unlock more difficult maps, you need to finish easier maps. Every tower has more upgrade possibilities than in previous versions. Game also contains more enemies types. The game has a standard game engine well known from previous versions.

Simple graphics and sounds, but excellent playability make from this game excellent fun. Bloons 3 TD is very good tower defense game and it is one from the best online tower defense games. I am giving this game 9.5 from 10 points.
